May 18th 2016
The Learning Partnership is proud to be named one of the 2015 grant recipients from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC)’s PromoScience program, which supports organizations dedicated to promoting science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) skills among young Canadians.
The Learning Partnership will receive funding towards expanding the organization’s I3 – Investigate! Invent! Innovate! program, which provides grades 7 and 8 students with the opportunity to apply STEM skills and critical thinking to create innovative products and aims to empower them to develop the skills to succeed in today’s globally competitive workplace.

Supporters have put 74,000 students across Canada through the program, with “Invention Conventions” taking place in Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario and New Brunswick. We thank NSERC for its ongoing support!
