Take a Leader to Work Day

Business and education leaders pair up for one day of
collaboration and shared learning.

The Learning Partnership was founded 22 years ago as an organization to help build opportunities for businesses and schools to collaborate, share ideas, and learn from each other. In the spirit of our founding purpose, The Learning Partnership is launching the “Take a Leader to Work” program across Canada on Tuesday, May 4th 2017.

This one day exchange program is an invaluable opportunity for a corporate/government leader and an educational leader to job-shadow each other’s role.

Program goals
  • Build bridges between business and education
  • Both participants gain a deeper understanding of each other’s roles, environments, challenges and opportunities
Format
  • Morning in the education leader’s place of work
  • Lunch together exploring synergies
  • Afternoon in the business leader’s workplace
