Albert joined The Learning Partnership’s Policy and Knowledge Mobilization department in March 2013 in the role of a Policy Analyst. Prior to this position, Albert worked for Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Management as a Teaching Assistant, and the Nova Scotia Government’s Office of the Ombudsman as an Ombudsman Representative.

His areas of expertise are policies involving school to work transitions, career education curriculum, and labour market and macroeconomic issues. In August 2013, he assumed the additional responsibility of administering the organization’s Take Our Kids to Work™ program, a signature program now in its 19th year and involving more than 250,000 Grade nine students and at least 75,000 businesses and organizations nationwide participating annually in a day of career exploration. He also holds a Master of Public Administration from Dalhousie University.
