We recognize the key role that senior educators play to deepen and broaden the enabling environment that will best support teachers and students, and we are grateful for the strong interest in the Ivey Leadership Series. We have been impacted by recent changes in funding support for the program, and as a result, TLP will be pausing the program in the year ahead to conduct a fulsome external evaluation to programming aligned with the current landscape and future needs. We will be reaching out to key stakeholders to seek their perspectives in advance of launching a new program in the fall of 2020.
The Learning Partnership's Ivey Leadership Series is designed for supervisory officers and principals/vice-principals. Together, participants explore topics that develop their leadership abilities to build coherence in their organizations and to strengthen their capacity to deliver on educational priorities. The intensive program consists of three stand-alone two-day executive development sessions designed to extend the impact of leadership in a number of ways.
Each two-day session is delivered through a rich mix of case studies, exercises and group work by leading members of the Ivey Faculty.
